Steps To Register For The League:
1) Fill out the Registration Form
2) Download and print and fill out the TSE Individual Waiver Form
3) Include payment and all material listed on Home Page.
4) Mail all material to Kim Martin

Please print and mail all the required forms and payment to the league registrar:

*** Registrations that do not include payment will not be added to the team roster. ***

Additionally, Parents will also be asked to sign the team roster waiver form prior to the first game of the season.
