Brockport Jr Blue Devil's Lacrosse

Brockport Jr. Blue Devil's Lacrosse is excited to offer you Fall/Winter Lacrosse.

The fall session begins the first week of November, 2011. The winter session begins the first week of January 2012. Games will be played at Total Sports Experience on 880 Elmgrove Road.

Boys 3/4, Boys 5/6, and Girls 5/6 will be $75.00 per session or $65.00 per session if you register for both the fall and winter at the same time.

Boys JV (7-10th grade) will be $95.00 per session or $85.00 per session if you register for both the fall and winter at the same time. There is a greater cost to the league for this level.

To register, please print and mail in the Fall/Winter Brockport Jr. Blue Devil's Lacrosse Registration Form to the league registrar:

All registrations are to include full payment to be added to the team roster.

You will also need to print out and complete the Individual Waiver form for TSE and hand it in with your registration.

Parents will be asked to also sign the team roster waiver form prior to the first game of the season.

2) Download and print and fill out the TSE Individual Waiver Form
3) Include payment
4) Mail all material to Kim Martin
